After a service is completed, a client can dispute the service to state their concerns and request a refund.
We will be in contact with both you and the client to get more information to resolve the situation.
If it is decided to refund the client, payments through credit card will be refunded from SproutStep administrators. Payments made through PayPal require that you refund the payment in your PayPal account by finding the correct transaction and clicking full or partial refund (depending on the situation).
