Your provider will confirm the appointment with you and be in touch about next steps. You can also reach out to them directly through our internal messaging system. To get there, hover your mouse over your profile picture in the top right and click on "Inbox". From here you should see a message about your transaction and can click on the message title.
After the appointment is complete, go to the transaction in your inbox and mark it as complete.
